The most convenient airports for your visit to Bolt Farm Treehouse are Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA), just under an hour away, and Nashville International Airport (BNA), approximately 2 hours away, offering a wide range of domestic and international flights. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 2.5 hours away, is another great option, especially for those looking for more flight choices. We suggest choosing the airport that best suits your flight availability and travel preferences. *You will need to book a rental car as Uber/Lyft are not consistently available.

We are located in the Central Time Zone. Chattanooga (including the CHA airport) is on Eastern Time.

48-Hour Grace Period: Receive a 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. Exception: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and nonrefundable. 45+ Days Before Check-In (after 48 hours): 50% of the accommodation fare (room rate only, excluding add-ons) will be charged. If 50% has already been paid, no additional charges apply. Less Than 45 Days Before Check-In: The full reservation cost is nonrefundable.

Rescheduling is available up to 30 days before check-in. A 20% rescheduling fee applies (based on accommodation fare only, excluding add-ons). If moving to an earlier date, the rescheduling fee may be waived. Stays within 30 days of arrival cannot be rescheduled. Any retained funds must be applied to a new reservation within 30 days.

Lots! We are all about helping our guests reconnect with nature, their people and their purpose, so we encourage being still and letting your spirit fully recharge. The domes and treehouses are filled with things to promote this, including a community journal, therapeutic coloring book, vintage books, yoga mats, etc. There are some great hiking trails on the property, and beautiful nature features, including four waterfalls. Prioritize your wellness with a relaxing, rejuvenating spa service in our new LVV Treehouse Spa & Wellness Haven. Each villa has luxury amenities to enjoy like a private hot tub, private fire pit and more. We recommend adding The VIP Experience so you can enjoy a homemade pizza, campfire and s’mores during your stay! There are so many fun activities to do in the local area — some of the most popular are boat rentals on Nickajack Lake and The Tennessee Aquarium. For those seeking extra pampering, we can connect you with our preferred vendors who offer private chef meals and private yoga sessions.

Enjoy oven-ready meals for two, directly in your villa with our convenient meal program. We also have a great selection of wine, craft beer, and cocktails available for purchase in the Welcome Dome during your stay. The Domes and Treehouses have a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge & freezer, BBQ and pizza oven (both are propane). The Mirror Cabins have a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, electric hot plate, BBQ and pizza oven. Please note: The Mirror Cabins do not have a microwave or freezer. Pizza tastes better when you make it yourself! Enjoy our DIY pizza kit when you add The VIP Experience to your stay.

Monday – Thursday: 10 pm to 10 am. Friday – Sunday: 11 pm to 10 am. To minimize light pollution that can interfere with viewing the beautiful night sky, please turn your outdoor lights off when you are not using them.

To respect our guests’ privacy, we do not allow drones to be flown on the property without prior written consent from management. If you are considering bringing a drone, please reach out to us for more information. We have captured a variety of high-quality drone footage that you are welcome to use.
